Training in writing a business plan with a business description, marketing plan, financial plan, market analysis and a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis will be given startup’s, Employees, Techies/consultants, Students, Work from home people, Self Employed, etc during the training session at University of Hyderabad UOH from 20th January.
The program constitutes startup training & incubation and also facilitates support services and networks to help aspiring entrepreneurs to transform ideas into startup’s. The content of the Startup training program covers aspects of design thinking, organizational setup, IPRs, startup’s marketing and finance, operations, IT & social media, digital technologies, soft skills, etc.
