Mock online Eamcet exam by JNTU-H.

HYDERABAD: JNTU-H will be conducting a mock online Eamcet exam much before the actual exam.

Eamcet exam is scheduled from may 2 to 7 while the JNTU-H mock test will be on April 19th and 20th.The exam will be conducted throughout the Telangana state.

JNTU-H vice-chancellor said “The free computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted various places of Warangal, Khammam, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Nalgonda, and Hyderabad. Candidates will have to register themselves on the official website of Eamcet to appear for the practice test. Apart from this, mock tests are also available on Eamcet website that can be attempted by the candidates multiple times,” Demand for Detectives Increasing in Hyderabad.

In view of candidates:

JNTU-H has taken this initiative in order to make sure the candidates writing eamcet exam will have prior experience of the online system as the students are not usually habituated to such systems.Nearly  2 lakh candidates will be attending the online Eamcet exam. The JNTU-H officials explained the set of instructions to be followed by the candidates for appearing CBT. “After completing the biometric at the examination centers, candidates will be allocated a computer to attempt the test. Candidates will have to enter their user ID which is mentioned on the hall-ticket and enter the password which will be shared with them 10 minutes before the exam,” said a professor from JNTU-H. Instructions for Candidates:

The candidates appearing for computer-based exam need to enter the password which will be given to them 10 minutes before the exam and the candidate can change the answer option from one to another till the end of the exam “The system will display questions answered in green, visited and not answered in red and to be reviewed in purple. In the earlier pen and paper mode, students could not change their answer once they have bubbled on the OMR sheet. However, in CBT, candidates can change and review answers,” said the professor.

The candidates need not submit any answer sheets as the exam is entirely computer-based and also the answers will be saved automatically at the end of 180 minutes.The JNTU-H has allocated 10 percent of the total number of computers at each center as a backup and the candidates are allowed into examination hall before 2 hours.
