Vamshi Krishna Reddy & Pramod under UV creations.Spyder movie review, Spyder movie is feast of Mahesh and A.R Murugadoss combo
Anand(Sharwanand) is a software engineer who suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and is obsessed with cleanliness. Mehreen Pirzada plays Meghana, a village belle who’s an outgoing person, unlike Anand. Vennela Kishore plays Kishore, Anand’s NRI cousin who’s a night owl. Bhadram plays a character who loves to oil himself up all the time, while Nasser and Kalyani Natarajan play interesting characters.Sharwa (Mehreen Pirzada) falls in love with Anand. At first, Sharwa father doesn’t agree with their relationship due to Anand’s OCD problem but as he is impressed with Anand’s love finally he accepts. But, Heroine is not impressed with OCD when her father needs medication and he left her on road with her dad on their way to the hospital. The rest of the story is how Anand convinced heroine and her parents.
Technical Department: (4.5/5)
Technically the movie is Picture perfect with high production values from U.V creations. Graphics and VFX free movie with high-quality visuals.
Songs composed by S.S Thaman are fresh and catchy.Songs added extra flavor to the movie but the Item song in the second half is not up to the S.S Thaman mark tunes.
Background Music: (2/5)
Some of the scenes with high intensity like Fight scenes in Second half, Few romantic scenes when Anand went to Meghana’s village, Emotional scenes in Climax & first half and Love scenes in the first half need high-intensity background music which is missing.
Cinematography and Editing: (4/5)
Nizar Shafi is the Cinematographer of Mahanubhavudu movie. The picturization of few scenes in Second half when Anand went to Heroine’s village and Fight scene in the climax is fresh and perfect. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor of the movie. Few repetitive OCD character scenes in first should have edited. Although the runtime is perfect to the storyline, one may feel like watching too many repetitive scenes which may result in losing the intensity of the character.
Title Justification: With the elevated OCD character, The title Mahanubhavudu is sarcasm of OCD character. Both the OCD character of hero is completely and the title is completely justified.
Certification: U/A, you can watch with your family. Perfect family entertainer of festival season.
Mahanubhavudu movie review – Plus points

- Mehreen Kaur
- Movie Concept
Mahanubhavudu movie review – Negative points
- Background music in Elevation scenes
- With the Hype of OCD charecter in first half, You will not connect to few sentiment scenes in second half
- Repetitive OCD scenes
- Only movie concept is new but story is predictable
Maruthi with OCD concept is the winner of the Family Audience this season.
